The fastest way to reach us is by email. One of the maintainers reads every message, and we typically reply within one to two business days. There's no support queue, no ticket number, and no canned response — just a real person on the other end.

Response times
We aim to acknowledge bug reports within one business day and resolve high-impact regressions (a tool producing wrong output, a page failing to load) within 48 hours. Feature requests are reviewed weekly and prioritised based on how many users would benefit and how well the request fits the project's privacy-first philosophy.
What to include in a bug report
A clear bug report gets fixed faster than a vague one. Please include:
- The exact tool name and the URL of the page (for example,
/tools/developer/json-formatter). - Your browser and operating system (Chrome 124 on Windows 11, Safari 17 on macOS, etc.).
- What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
- A short sample input that reproduces the issue — but never real production data, passwords, API keys, or personal information.
- A screenshot or short screen recording if the issue is visual.
Common questions
Is everything really free? Yes. Every tool on the site runs in your browser at no cost, with no sign-up. We cover hosting through small, unobtrusive ads.
Will you add tool X? Maybe — we're always adding tools. Browse what we already havefirst, and if it's not there, send us a request. Tools that work entirely in the browser and respect user privacy get prioritised.
Can I use these tools commercially? Yes, see the Terms of Servicefor the details. There's no usage limit and no attribution required.
Is my data being uploaded anywhere? No — and we put that in writing in our Privacy Policy. Tools process everything locally in your browser.
Privacy reminder
When emailing us, please don't include sensitive data — passwords, private keys, or personally identifiable information from real users. We don't need it to help, and email is not an appropriate channel for it. A redacted sample or a short description of the shape of the input is almost always enough to reproduce a bug.
